What We Do

Validate. Build.
Then scale.

The way into a country is settled.
We confirm it sells, then establish an entity.
Supply chain and marketing come in-house.
Distribution and online follow.

Market Entry

Four stages
into a country

We proved this sequence in Vietnam.
We are running it again elsewhere.

  1. 01

    Validation

We place into leading retail first to confirm product, price and positioning. We do not build where it does not sell.

  2. 02

    Entity

A local entity brings the supply chain under control and marketing in-house. From here we move on our own judgement.

  3. 03

    Distribution

Nationwide retail builds the volume base. Shelves have to multiply before the next stage can move.

  4. 04

    Online

Own mall, platforms and live commerce carry the scale. Content creates demand; data decides the next product.

Our rule

We do not build without validating, and we do not scale what we have not built.

Sourcing Portfolio

Five categories,
sourced directly

Line-ups are chosen on market demand and landed cost.
Brand recognition is not the criterion.

  • ~40 brands

    Beauty

Skincare, baby care, hair and body care, and trend-driven beauty — a lineup with supply-price competitiveness from top tier through upper-mid.

  • Home care devices

    Beauty Device

Home devices carry different price points and customs requirements from cosmetics, so they run as a separate line.

  • Medical · aesthetic

    Bio

Skin boosters and other medical and aesthetic categories requiring local licensing.

  • Inner beauty · nutrition

    Health Supplements

From inner beauty to general supplements, handled against each country’s functional-claim rules.

  • K-Food

    Food

Ramyeon and snacks anchor a widening food line-up.

Categories are adjusted to demand in each market.

Why the numbers hold up

Most distributors never share sales data.
Without knowing where and why it sold, the next decision is a guess.
We run orders, logistics and settlement on one system.
What a brand receives, and how far it goes, is agreed case by case.

  • 01

    OMS & WMS

Marketplace orders, warehouse dispatch and local carrier integration managed as a single flow.

  • 02

    Partner data management

Structured master data per account keeps country and settlement terms consistent.

  • 03

    Reports

Sales trends and inventory visualised for our own operating decisions, and delivered to brands as a regular report.

  • 04

    Settlement automation

Channel sales and fees auto-calculated into settlement statements.

  • 05

    Export-import licensing

Certification submissions and approval history processed and archived automatically.

  • 06

    Licensing and customs, handled once

What each brand used to handle separately with customs authorities becomes one process handled by Assemble.

Operating System

Turning transactions
into a system

As countries and channels multiply, doing it with people breaks down.
Ordering, logistics, settlement and licensing run on one system.
Revenue can grow without cost growing with it.

  • Operations dashboard

Ordering, cash and account data connected to forecast when, where and how much capital is needed.

  • Anomaly detection

Accounts with halted orders or delayed collection are flagged automatically for proactive response.

  • Profitability prioritisation

Return and collection rate versus capital deployed, compared per account to order resource allocation.

  • Data intelligence

Per-country social and web trends collected and analysed to decide quickly what to sell where.
